I tried to exchange my bag and, yeah, it was okay I guess... if you enjoy slow, frustrating return steps. The whole process felt way more annoying than it needed to be. I got through it, but i don’t think I’d want to deal with that again.

I really wanted to like this bag because it looked nice in the photos, but once I got it, the material felt stiff and kind of cheap. For the price, I was expecting something softer and better quality. Maybe I’m being picky, but the feel of it just gave me the impression it wouldn’t hold up that well. Disappointed overall.

For the size, I think this bag does a really fair job. It holds my everyday stuff without feeling bulky or getting in the way, which is exactly what I needed.

I’ve had my Nutsac bag for a few weeks now and, you know, I’m totally calm and normal about how nice it is. The stitching is clean, the leather feels sturdy, and it definitely doesn’t have that cheap feel some bags do. My only little complaint is that the flap was stiff at first, which was mildly annoying, but it’s already starting to loosen up. So yes, everything is fine. Overall, I’m happy with it

I tried reaching out to customer service, but they wasn’t helpful at all. I explained what happened and they just keep giving me the same basic answer, so nothing really got fixed.

Ordered a bag, checkout was easy enough, but after payment it got vague. Updates were slow, and I had to email just to know where things stood.

Customer service did answer, just not quickly. Bag seems fine, but for the price, the whole order process felt messier than it should’ve

The bag is fine overall, and the leather is starting to develop a patina, though right now it’s doing that charming thing where it looks uneven instead of effortlessly cool. Maybe it’ll age into something nicer with more use. It’s not bad by any means, I just expected a little more wow for the price. Silly me, thinking expensive leather might look expensive right away...

I reached out for warranty help right when I really needed things handled quickly, and of course the timing couldn’t have been worse. The responses were slow, and when they finally got back to me, it didn’t feel like much was actually being done. Frustrating experience overall

I ordered a bag from nutsac.com and it did arrive safely, so I can’t really complain too much. The packaging was fine and everything showed up in good shape. The only thing was the shipping took a few days longer than I expected, and there weren’t many updates along the way. Maybe that’s normal for them? I’d be interested to know if other people had the same experience. Overall, not a bad order, just wish the tracking and shipping info had been a little clearer

I’ve been using this for my laptop and tablet, and they feel safe in there!! The padding is nice and sturdy without making the whole thing feel bulky, which I really like!!! I did take off one star though because once I add the charger, the fit gets a little tight!!
